Market Maker Buy/Sell Model
ICT · Timeframe: H1 / H4 · Sessions: —
An accumulation → sweep → re-accumulation → expansion curve that mimics a market maker's cycle.
How it works
The market maker buy model shows an original downtrend with consolidations (sell side), a liquidity sweep in a higher-timeframe discount zone (smart money reversal) and a stepped rally that takes price back to the origin. The right-hand side of the curve is the part that is traded.
Step-by-step rules
- Locate the origin of the move (the final target).
- Wait for the reversal at a higher-timeframe PD array.
- Enter on the pullbacks of the buy curve.
