This policy explains how personal data is processed on Marketalyx under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. General principle: the tool does not ask for your data
The Site has no user registration, forms or payment system. Market data is retrieved by our server, so your browser does not connect to data providers. Personal data is processed only in the following cases.

We do not build our own profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects on you. The analyses the tool computes are about markets, not people.
4. Recipients and processors
- Hosting provider: Hostinger International Ltd. (servidor VPS), acting as processor to serve the website.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), for Google AdSense and its consent management platform. Google may process data as an independent controller under its privacy policy and its information on how it uses data from sites that use its services.
No data is disclosed to other third parties unless required by law.
5. International transfers
Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the US, which participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), and also uses standard contractual clauses where applicable.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To do so, write to enzo564fx@gmail.com. You can withdraw advertising consent from Cookie settings.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
7. Minors
The Site is not aimed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, contact us to have it deleted.
8. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied (encrypted HTTPS connection in production, data minimisation and no user accounts) to protect information.

This policy may be updated due to regulatory or service changes. The date of the last update appears at the top.
