Marketalyx (the "Site") is an educational and informational tool that displays market data, news, automatically computed technical and quantitative indicators, and explanations of analysis and trading strategies for learning purposes.

3. Educational nature: not financial advice

The owner is not an investment firm nor an entity authorised or registered with the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) or any other supervisor, and does not provide investment advice as regulated by Spanish Law 6/2023, of 17 March, on Securities Markets and Investment Services.

The Site's content (biases, levels, "possible buy and sell points", company scores, backtests and strategy cases) is generic information produced by algorithms. It does not take into account anyone's financial situation, objectives or risk profile and does not constitute a personalised recommendation or an invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument or crypto-asset. 4. Terms of use

Accessing and using the Site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the Risk warning. The Site is intended for people aged 18 or over.

Users undertake to use the Site lawfully and not for purposes contrary to the law, good faith or public order; in particular, mass automated extraction of content, overloading the systems or attempting to access non-public areas is prohibited.

Any investment decision made by the user is their sole responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the Site's information or from decisions based on it.

The data comes from third-party sources and may contain errors, omissions or delays. The owner does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, nor the uninterrupted availability of the Site. None of the above limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, in particular consumer protection law.

The Site displays ads served by Google (Google AdSense), identified as such in accordance with article 20 LSSI-CE. The owner does not select or control the content of the ads, which are not a recommendation or endorsement by the owner. If an ad offers investment services or crypto-assets, first check that the entity is authorised in the CNMV official register (or your country's regulator) and review the CNMV warnings about unauthorised entities.

The Site links to third-party news and websites. The owner is not responsible for their content or policies; links are provided for information purposes only.

8. Intellectual and industrial property

The Site's design, code and original texts belong to the owner. Market data, headlines, logos and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners and providers (Yahoo Finance, Forex Factory, CoinGecko, alternative.me, Wikipedia and the linked media) and are cited for information purposes.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be heard by the courts that are competent under applicable law; where the user is a consumer, those of their place of residence.
