How it works

Similar to the order block: you mark the base from which a strong impulse started and expect a reaction on the first retest. 'Fresh' zones are the most reliable.

Step-by-step rules

1. Look for a strong impulse from a 1-3 candle base.
2. Mark the base zone.
3. Entry on the first retest; stop beyond the zone.
